Re: Revised Subpoena Forms (SCCA 254 and SCCA 254F)
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
The Subpoena forms, SCCA/254 and SCCA254F, bearing revision dates of 05/2015, are approved for use in the Circuit Courts and Family Courts of the State of South Carolina. Pursuant to recent revisions to Rule 45, SCRCP, the subpoena forms have been revised concerning the witness fee and mileage language in the proof of service section of the forms. Form SCCA/254 (05/2015) and Form SCCA/254F (05/2015) supersede and replace the subpoena forms bearing a revision date of 11/2013.
These forms are available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org/forms.
