Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, SCCA Form 253 titled "Subpoena in a Criminal Case" is amended effective May 1, 2019. The amended form is approved for use in the Court of General Sessions and is available on the South Carolina Judicial Branch website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
