ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that, in addition to their other duties, the Honorable Alesia Rico Flores, the Honorable Emmanuel Joseph Ferguson Sr., and the Honorable Lindsey McClain Byrd, are assigned to preside over the Charleston Homeless Court, which was established by Administrative Order dated October 12, 2016.
This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice
