27600 - State v. Bennett

The Court reverses the court of appeals' opinion in State v. Bennett, 408 S.C. 302, 758 S.E.2d 743 (Ct. App. 2014), holding the trial court did not err in denying Bennett's motion for directed verdict.

27601 - Stogsdill v. SCDHHS

The Court dismisses certiorari as improvidently granted.

27602 - State v. Moore

The Court reverses the court of appeals' decision in State v. Moore, 404 S.C. 634, 746 S.E.2d 352 (Ct. App. 2013).

27603 - Fisher v. Shipyard Village

The Court affirms as modified the court of appeals' decision reversing the trial court's finding that the business judgment rule does not apply to the conduct of the Board of Directors of the Shipyard Village Council of Co-Owners, Inc., and the trial court's decision granting Petitioners partial summary judgment on the issue of the breach of the Board's duty to investigate.
