27714 - Machin v. Carus Corporation

The Court answers four certified questions from the U.S. District Court addressing the legislative tension created at the intersection of workers' compensation and tort law.

27715 - Smith v. Tiffany

The Court interprets the South Carolina Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act, S.C. Code Ann 15-38-10 to -70 (2005 & Supp. 2016), and affirms the trial court's grant of summary judgment and dismissal of Appellants' third party complaint.
