The United States Department of Health and Human Services has published its annual update of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which are used to determine indigency in the Circuit and Family Courts.  The new figures listed below were published in the Federal Register on February 1, 2019. You may access these figures on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services site by clicking on the following link:  https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines.
