The United States Department of Health and Human Services has posted to its website its annual update of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which are used to determine indigency in the Circuit, Family and Summary Courts. You may access these figures on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services site by clicking on the following link: https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines. The 2022 poverty guidelines are in effect as of January 12, 2022.
