The Supreme Court of South Carolina will conduct oral arguments in Bailey v. South Carolina State Election Commission at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.  This declaratory judgment action involves absentee voting during the coronavirus emergency.  These arguments will be the first time the Court has used video web conferencing to conduct an argument.  The proceeding will be available for viewing on the South Carolina Judicial Branch Video Portal at https://www.sccourts.org/SCvideo.
