Pursuant to Article V, § 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following rule changes were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on January 29, 2021:

1. An order amending Rules 218, 240, 262, and 267 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

2. An order adopting Rules 611 and 612 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

3. An order amending Rule 3(a) of the South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure.

4. An order amending Rules 2 and 5 of the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules. 

5. An order amending Rule 9 of the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules.
