Chief Justice Jean H. Toal will deliver her State of the Judiciary address to the General Assembly on February 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Her speech will be broadcast live on the Internet and will be archived for later viewing. The live broadcast may be accessed from the South Carolina Legislature Online website.

To access the live broadcast, go to the South Carolina Legislature Online website and click on one of the links located under the heading Live Broadcasts for the House of Representatives (located on the lower left-hand side of your screen). Most judges and SCJD employees should click on the link labeled MediaPlayer (see screen copy below).

For those who miss the live broadcast, an archived version provided by SCETV will be available. Links to the archived version of the address will be posted under What's New as soon as possible after Justice Toal's address.
