IT IS ORDERED that the attached Magistrate Civil Answer form, SCCA/703, bearing a revision date of 08/2009, is approved and effective immediately for use, to the exclusion of all others, in magistrate civil court proceedings of this State.�
The form is located on the South Carolina Judicial Department web site at www.sccourts.org and may be generated locally on computers or word processors.�
