Chief Justice Toal is saddened to report the loss of Circuit Court Judge Wyatt T. Saunders and Family Court Judge Berry L. Mobley on September 29, 2009, to their valiant battles with cancer.  Her heart breaks for their families and all who love these two decent, good men who accepted the vocation of judge and acquitted themselves with honor.
