Extension of Filing Period For
Computer-Based Testing for
February Bar Examination
On November 6, 2009, the Board of Law Examiners (the Board) announced that it would allow one hundred (100) randomly-selected applicants to use laptop computers to complete their answers to the essay sections of the February 2010 Bar Examination. The Board originally set November 23, 2009 as the deadline for submission of "Request to Participate" forms through which applicants could apply for consideration in the selection process.
The Board has extended the filing period for submission of "Request to Participate" forms. Accordingly, applicants whose fully completed "Request to Participate" forms are received no later than December 11, 2009 will be considered for inclusion in computer-based testing. A "Request to Participate" form with directions on submitting the form is attached.
