Investiture of Justice Kaye Gorenflo Hearn

The investiture of Justice Kaye Gorenflo Hearn as a Justice of the Supreme Court of South Carolina will be held today (Thursday, January 14, 2010) at 3:30 p.m., at the Supreme Court Building in Columbia, South Carolina.  Due to limited seating, attendance at the Supreme Court Building will be by invitation only.  The investiture proceedings will be broadcasted live by South Carolina Educational Television and an archived version will also be made available for later viewing on this page, when it becomes available. 

The feed from SCETV will be made available 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the investiture, and should be identified by a slate. However, in the event that ETV's State House Coverage has not ended, SCETV will forgo the slate, and will go directly to the investiture when it begins.
