Supreme Court Adopts Mandatory Lawyer Mentoring Program

Rule 425 has been added to the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules to establish a Mandatory Lawyer Mentoring Program.  Further, the Court has issued an order approving various documents for use with the mentoring program.
