ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
The Civil Action Coversheet, SCCA/234, bearing a revision date of 04/2012 is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of the State of South Carolina. Form SCCA/234 (04/2012) supersedes and replaces the coversheet bearing a revision date of 01/2011.
Two nature of action codes have been added to the Judgments/Settlements section of the form for Confessions of Judgment (770) and Petitions for Workers Compensation Settlement Approval (780). The columns for Administrative Law/Relief and Judgments/Settlements have been switched to accommodate formatting requirements.
The civil action coversheet is available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org.
