O R D E R
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4, South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that all magistrates and municipal judges shall accept the trial officer's copies of Uniform Traffic Tickets within seventy-two (72) hours from the date of an alleged traffic violation when such tickets are presented.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that at the time Uniform Traffic Tickets are received from Highway Patrol officers, magistrates and municipal judges shall also accept any monies posted with such officers as bond.
Failure to fully comply with this Order shall subject the party so failing to penalties as for contempt of this Court.
