Re: Sixth Circuit Adult Drug Court Program

 


ORDER


Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that Russell N. Feaster, Sr., Chief Magistrate Judge for Fairfield County and Terri B. Zion, Chester County Probate Court Judge, may preside over the Sixth Circuit Adult Drug Court Program in addition to Family Court Judge Coreen Khoury, who is currently presiding over the Program.  Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Khoury, Judge Feaster and Judge Zion may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Adult Drug Court Program.  Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Program.

This order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
