RE: Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Gail B. Ingram, Chesterfield County Probate Court Judge, may preside over the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Ingram may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Edwin M. Davis, Retired Probate Judge for Chesterfield County, in his capacity as an active retired judge for the limited purpose of this order, may also preside over the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Davis may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Program.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Chesterfield County Adult Drug Court Order dated July 1, 2015 is hereby rescinded.
This order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
