Donna Blume Brown was born in 1966 in Bamberg, South Carolina.  She is the daughter of Patricia G. Blume and the late Harry F. Blume.  Donna is a lifelong resident of Bamberg County where she graduated from Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School.

Judge Brown worked as a probate/real estate paralegal for over thirty-two years in Bamberg prior to coming to the Probate Court.

Donna has served as Co-Chairperson of the Old Friends Scholarship Golf Tournament and a member of the Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School Booster Club.  She also is an active member of Open Door Baptist Church in Bamberg where she serves as Youth Program Director and a member of the Women’s Missionary Union.

Donna is married to Ricky Brown and they have two children Leslie and Austin.
