In this case, the Court granted certiorari to review Windham v. Riddle, 370 S.C. 415, 635 S.E.2d 558 (Ct. App. 2006), in which the Court of Appeals reversed the master-in-equity’s decision finding that Petitioners had an appurtenant easement for irrigation purposes over Respondent’s property.
