In this case, the Court granted certiorari to review Auto-Owners Ins. Co. v. Hamin, 368 S.C. 536, 629 S.E.2d 683 (Ct. App. 2006), in which the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s decision finding that the insurance company was not liable to provide coverage.
