App. 2008), in which the Court of Appeals affirmed Tucker’s plea of guilty involving an alleged violation of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act.

Both parties appealed the family court’s Order granting a divorce. Husband contends enterprise goodwill was wrongfully included in the equitable distribution of marital property, Wife received excessive alimony, and the award of attorney’s fees was excessive. Wife contends the family court should have apportioned more than 45% of the marital property to her and the family court should have awarded more than $8,600 per month in periodic alimony.
