RE: Civil Magistrate Court Form Changes
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of South Carolina Constitution Article V ยง 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the revised SCCA 700 - Summons in a Civil Case, SCCA 702 - Instructions to Defendant, SCCA 706 - Instructions to Plaintiff, and SCCA 749 - Complaint and Motion for Restraining Order (Harassment and Stalking), all bearing the revision date of 12/2015, are approved for use in the Magistrate Courts of South Carolina.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that SCCA 705A - Civil Case Requiring Transfer to Court of Common Pleas, bearing a creation date of 12/2015, is approved for use in the Magistrate Courts of South Carolina.
These amended and new forms will be added to the list of civil forms included in Rule 24 of the South Carolina Magistrate Court Rules, and may also be accessed at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
