Technical Failure of the Electronic Filing System

The South Carolina Judicial Department has announced a Technical Failure of the E-Filing System for September 24, 2018, in accordance with Section 9(b) of the South Carolina Electronic Filing Policies and Guidelines. This Technical Failure affects all E-Filing Counties.    

Although E-Filing connectivity has been restored, E-Filers who experience problems should utilize the provisions of Section 9(d) or (e) of the South Carolina Electronic Filing Policies and Guidelines to submit filings or serve documents through available alternative procedures for any filings or documents that must be filed or served no later than September 24, 2018.
