The South Carolina Judicial Department has announced a limited Technical Failure of the E-Filing System for October 30, 2018, for Marion County in accordance with Section 9(b) of the South Carolina Electronic Filing Policies and Guidelines.  This limited Technical Failure only affects filings in Marion County, and only affects filings that require payment.  All E-Filings in all other E-Filing Counties remain online and available. 

E-Filers should utilize the provisions of Section 9(d) or (e) of the South Carolina Electronic Filing Policies and Guidelines to submit filings or serve documents through available alternative procedures with respect to any document that requires payment and must be filed or served in Marion County on October 30, 2017.

An announcement will be made on the E-Filing Portal Page when the Marion County issue has been remedied.
