Extended Maintenance Notice

The South Carolina Judicial Branch will conduct extended network maintenance on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, beginning at approximately 6:00 PM affecting many of our systems, including E-Filing. It is expected that maintenance will be completed no earlier than 2:00 AM. E-Filers will not be able to access the E-Filing application or E-File documents during the maintenance window.

E-Filers who have documents that must be served and/or filed no later than October 15, may utilize the procedures in Section 9(e) and Section 9(h) of the E-Filing Pilot Policies and Guidelines during the maintenance window.
