ORDER


 

Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that the forms listed below are approved for use in the respective courts indicated on each form. 

SCCA 650—Waiver of Right to In-Person Court Appearance and Consent to    Video/Audioconferencing (Summary Courts), bearing a revision date of 4/2020
SCCA 651—Waiver of Right to In-Person Court Appearance and Consent to    Video/Audioconferencing (Family Court), bearing a revision date of 4/2020
SCCA 653—Waiver of Right to In-Person Court Appearance and Consent to    Video/Audioconferencing for an Alleged Incapacitated Individual (Probate Court), bearing an implementation date of 4/2020
SCCA 654— Waiver of Right to In-Person Court Appearance and Consent to    Video/Audioconferencing for an Alleged Mentally Ill/Chemically Dependent Person/Person with Intellectual Disability (Probate Court), bearing an implementation date of 4/2020
SCCA 655—Waiver of Right to In-Person Court Appearance and Consent to    Video/Audioconferencing (General Sessions), bearing an implementation date of 4/2020

These forms will be added to the Statewide Case Management System and made available online at the South Carolina Judicial Branch website at www.sccourts.org/forms.

The provisions of this Order are effective immediately and remain in effect unless amended or revoked by subsequent Order of the Chief Justice.
