In re: Amendment to Rule 402, SCACR
ORDER
Pursuant to Article V, ยง 4, of the South Carolina Constitution, Rule 402, SCACR, is hereby amended as follows:
Footnote 1 shall state:
This fee is currently twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and should be payable by check to the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
This amendment shall take effect immediately.
