Rule Changes Submitted to the General Assembly

Pursuant to Article V, § 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on January 31, 2013:

(1) An order amending Rule 4 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure (SCRCP) and Rule 6 of the South Carolina Rules of Magistrates Court (SCRMC)

(2) An order amending the South Carolina Rules of Magistrates Court

(3) An order amending the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules

(4) An order amending the South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure.
