Re: Revision to the Family Court Order - Protection from Domestic Abuse Act
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of South Carolina Constitution Article V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the revised SCCA 426 – Family Court Order – Protection from Domestic Abuse Act with a date of (3/2013) is approved for use in Family Courts of South Carolina.
